We get it - life is busy! To help you get through all your to-do’s of the day, we offer local delivery to businesses and residences in the Charlotte & Matthews area!
Same day delivery is available for all items ordered before 1pm - items ordered after 1pm will be delivered by the next day.
Great news ya’ll! We have heard ya’ll loud and clear! For our customers' convenience, we no longer require a human to be home to accept deliveries of frozen goods. Once frozen food has left our hands, we are unable to return or replace items due to temperature concerns. We strongly suggest the following:
- Leave a cooler or frozen bag on porch with ice packs
- Bring in frozen items immediately & place in freezer
- Give us a call if you have questions!
For orders over $49 delivery will be free. For orders under $49 there will be a $5 delivery fee. You can order online and can call the store (704-849-PETS) if you have any questions!
We currently do not have the ability to ship products at this time.
